My executive coaching practice helps organisations and individuals achieve sustained change. I work with leaders and other key talent through periods of transition, from large scale organisational change, to changes in role and responsibilities; in many cases helping those who value the opportunity to take time away from the day job to clarify thinking and develop next steps.
I have an extensive background in the commercial realities of a professional services firm, including client relationship management, leading business units, delivering complex high profile regulatory projects and business transformation projects. A key theme throughout my career has been my interest in coaching others and in developing the potential of the people around me, no matter what my role. I am genuinely passionate about enabling others to ‘be the best they can be’.
I am a qualified Executive Coach and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). I subscribe to the EMCC’s code of ethics.

Given my experience, I fully understand the complexities that individuals face in today’s organisational environment and I combine this experience with a coaching approach that is strong on empathy, supportive, yet challenging. I am known for helping clients bring clarity and change to their professional and personal lives.
